Your choice of shop
Florida consumer guidance says you can select your repair shop after an accident. Talk with your insurer about coverage and any difference between its estimate and the shop’s estimate before work begins.
Know what is approved
Confirm the work, deductible, payment arrangements and any additional authorization needed if more damage is found. The shop cannot guarantee insurance coverage or a rental reimbursement.
